RIA BAY – Samuel C. Inzinna, 55, 42781 NYS Rt. 12, passed away Tuesday evening at his home.
Sam was born January 17, 1960 in Rochester, NY, son of Salvatore L. and Rose Quadrozzi Inzinna. He graduated from East High School and took computer drafting classes at Edison Tech in Rochester. He married Amanda Patterson on September 28, 1991 in Thousand Islands Park.
He worked as a computer draftsman as an independent contractor for several architecture firms, most notably, Clark Patterson in Rochester.
He loved animals and enjoyed attending dog shows with his wife, Mandy, drawing and painting and playing the drums. He was very artistic and took many beautiful pictures of sunsets, which he posted on his FB page. He also loved gardening, and tended his vegetables in raised pots so he could reach them from his wheelchair. Sam was a warm, kind and compassionate man loved by many.
Besides his wife, Mandy, he is survived by his son, Stuart, of Rochester, his mother, Rose, of Rochester, his brother Joseph and his wife Lynn, of Penfield, NY and his sister, Mrs. John (Adele) Drew of Greece, NY, and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at the Reformed Church of the 1000 Isles in Alexandria Bay, at 12 noon on Saturday, October 17th with the Reverend Jeffrey MacIlrath officiating. A reception will be held at the church after the service. A mass will be said in Rochester at St. John’s Church on Sat, October 24th at 9 am with Father Schrader, officiating. A reception will follow.
