Edward Cali, 79, of Dingman Point Road, passed away early Tuesday morning, at his home.He was born September 24, 1937 in North Hampton, PA, son of Nicholas and Jennie Coscia Cali. He graduated from Pen Argyl High School and then from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He serve in the U.S. Army from 1961-1963. He married Eunice Wagoner in 1963 in Alexandria Bay. Mrs. Cali passed away June 21, 2015. Ed was an English and American History teacher for Alexandria Central School for 25 years. Ed and Eunice traveled extensively after retirement. He is survived by a brother and his wife John and Denise Cali, Allentown, PA, two sisters, Ernestine Blanshard and Mary Joan Cali, both of Pen Argyl, PA, 6 nieces and great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Monday, November 21st, at 2pm at the Costello Funeral Home, with Fr. Douglas Comstock, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Cyril’s Cemetery, Alexandria Bay. Memorial donations may be made to the Alexandria Bay Fire Department.
