Annette L. Nelson

Alexandria Bay, NY – Annette L. Nelson, 72, passed away unexpectedly, early Saturday morning at River Hospital.

She was born April 10, 1950 in Alexandria Bay, daughter of John and Doris Deemer Langlois. She graduated from Alexandria Central High School and then from Orange County Community College, in Middletown, NY.

Annette lived in St. Augustine, Florida for over 30 years where she was a career Park Ranger for the state of Florida. After her retirement, and the passing of her husband, James Nelson, she returned to Alexandria Bay.

She enjoyed knitting with the girls.

She is survived by a step son, Sean (Rene) Nelson, of Florida, and her brother, Vernon “Varmint” Langlois and his companion, Mary Ann Raymond, of Alexandria Bay.

Graveside services at Evergreen Cemetery in Corfu, NY will be private.
